What is prostate ?

The prostate and chestnut are equal in size, the pointed part is heading down.
Urethra is passing to closer part of in front of prostate. Ejaculatory ducts in both
sides are penetrating prostate tissue, which was dividing into 3 gland lobe.
Middle lobe is located at the upper side of ejaculatory duct. Side lobe (right &
left) is located at posterior & downward centering urethra. Palpation by an internal
examination in the anus is side lobe locating at right & left. Its structure is tubulous-shaped dividing into crest tissue and interstitial cell.
30~50 tiny gland lobe is divided from the interstitial cell, from there, the
emunctory open its stem toward seminal colliculus of posterior urethra.
Secreting fluid of prostate is alkaline milky-white aqueous humor. It become a chief
ingredient of sperm blended with seminal vesicle. It has a peculiar smell and it motivate sperm active motility.
A periurethral gland is located at just below of urethral membrane situating from neck of bladder to seminal collicus. It is called sub-prostate gland, which was named endocrine gland against prostate gland and birthplace of prostate hypertropy.
The prostate cancer is generated from the exocrine gland.
